Product returns
All customer return to ADR AG because of repair, pre exchange,
exchange and return of a test device, are processed with
the following procedure with the help of a RMA-(Return
Merchandise Authorization) number.
Request the RMA-number online by filling out the enclosed
form completely and sending it. ADR AG will then send
your RMA-number to you via e-mail.
A RMA-number loses its validity one month after being
issued and can't be used for returns anymore. For that
reason please request RMA-numbers only for those devices
which are supposed to be sent in immediately.
All RMA sending have to have a copy of the receipt enclosed.
In case the RMA is for repair, pre-exchange or exchange
an expressive description of the error is to be enclosed.
The sending in must be complete, i.e. manual discs, power
supply and cabels inlusive in the original packaging.
Important: Please state the complete RMA-number visibly
on the outside of the package. Only deliveries marked
with a valid RMA-number are accepted.
Note for customers from non EU-nations:
The customers papers for the return package must contain
the note that this is neither an import nor an export
of goods but a transit of goods. This note is very important
to avoid import duty. Packages declared wrongly by the
consigner will be sent back unopened by the ADR AG.
